Welcome to Cypress Bend II

Cypress Bend is a sprawling community of 1,963 condos in southwest Pompano Beach, FL. Built on over 10 acres between the early 1970’s to the mid 1990’s and sharing the area as a bird sanctuary, the community has multiple water sources, including man-made lakes and the C-14 canal running through the southwest corridor. Cypress Bend is a single entrance homestead, located equidistant between the Florida turnpike on the west and I95 on the east and has been considered one of the more secure, safe sectors in Pompano Beach by the Broward Sheriff Department.

Cypress Bend II is one of seven associations in the southwest section of the community. We are located on the canal as well as on or near two man-made bodies of water. There are 304 units tucked into this community within six buildings - 2 three-story buildings, a 5-story building and 3 nine-story buildings. Our community has a clubhouse which houses a small library, two general meeting rooms and a game room. We have a lovely pool with a hot tub and tiki area for get-togethers with friends, family, and neighbors. Cypress Bend II also shares the on-site resources of a small gym, larger pool area as well as a sauna and pool table room in the main clubhouse. There are tennis and pickleball courts for our active members.

Nestled throughout the community is a walking trail with over 1.5 miles of paths to enjoy the serene greenery and varied wildlife such as turtles, various reptilian species, different duck populations and a multiplicity of fowl species that join us annually (Be sure to check out our Purple Martin condos located between the tennis courts and canal when they visit each summer!). The community shares a mixed flavor of living on the water with a sense of quiet and relaxed environment. We are very excited to be located right next door to The Pomp, the up-and-coming sprawling development being built by Cordish Builders and Harrah’s, which upon completion will include several choices of dining and entertainment, a hotel, rental community, a park with a lake (buffering Cypress Bend on the west) and shopping.
